Not a great interview from our Senegalese star:
Kouyate said: “I’ll let you in on a secret: because it’s not going so well with West Ham, I had a two hour conversation with him (Cissé) about the situation.
“If you look at the Kouyaté of the national team and the one for West Ham, you can see it’s not the same thing. He finds the words needed to really motivate us and boost us. We can really thank him.”
Little bit of self pride and self motivation wouldn't go astray!

He needs to be dropped.
Obiang and Noble, Ferghouli, Fernandes, Lanzini and Payet are the best choices. Noble currently at the end of that list but at least trying, gets involved and can pass straight.

He's been hopeless this season & probably one of the main reasons for our awful form
He's a good player playing badly for some unknown reason. A hod carrier with no bricks
The problem is who to replace him with?
Right now I think Obiang, Noble & a.n.other need to be playing in a defensive midfield
I don't rate Nordtveit one bit & wouldn't have him anywhere near the team
Fernandes might be the answer but he looks a bit lightweight yet for the EPL & is virtually untried
Perhaps Oxford would be worth a try but (see Fernandes)

Ok, so when he's good, what does he do?

Shame, I used to have a lot of respect for him. He's got to do a lot now to earn that respect back.

He's basically saying hes not feeling all that motivated for West Ham compared to for Senegal, and suggesting its the manager's fault, saying Cisse gets him up for it and Slav doesn't.
Surely professional pride and getting your job done should be coming into it. This is a sad admission.
